Meal policy:
The support from COST and CTU allows the local organisation to support coffee breaks, dinner on 12th April and lunch on 13th April. The lunch of 12th April is supported by participants at an estimated price of about 130 CZK (5 EUR) for soup, main dish (7 options including vegetarian) and salads.

Airport -> venue transport:
From airport you may take bus 119 to the end station Nadrazi Veleslavin, 2 metro stops to Dejvicka and walk about 6 minutes to Czech Technical University, see the map.
Buses and metro goes at rush hours at interval less than 6 minutes and the whole route takes <40 minutes. You can buy a single ticket at bus terminal at the airport - the machine accepts credit cards, price is 32 CZK (~1.30 EUR), valid for 90 minutes including changes.

Uber is also available in Prague. With UberPOP, fare from the airport is estimated to be below 300 CZK (~12 EUR) for the city center, or 270 CZK (~11 EUR) to CTU. The ride to city center or CTU takes about 25 minutes. Standard taxi companies charge more, maximum 550 CZK (~22 EUR) to city centre or maximum 450 CZK (~18 EUR) to CTU. It is better to agree on price before you take the standard taxi, in former times several dishonest drivers charged double price (should not be much common today).
